The food was very tasty. I had fish with vegetables (extra request), my parents and a friend had pizza and daughter Gnocchi. Her portion was very small with 5 gnocchi. Rather a starter than a main course. Also the service was very ... very slow. Although not many people were there when we arrived. 30 minutes to ever drinks were there. That's why the star deduction. Nevertheless, the service was very cordial. Also, there was a greeting from the kitchen. We thought that was great.

There is no card, because it is claimed that the service would be more personal, that the Aperol splash with 7 euros for 0.15l will cost so then well veiled. For me it is anti-personal if I have to ask for prices! The food was okay, but unfortunately a very small portion in huge salad bowl. All in all a total flop.

Super Italians with very good, somewhat special dishes! We recommend!

The restaurateur Danilo Biavaschi, well known in Pirmasens, is active again at the stove. He opened the "Trattoria Italiana" restaurant in Winzler Strasse 80, in the rooms of the former Heustadl. Signor Biavaschi waves the scepter in the kitchen and vouches for quality. The "Trattoria Italiana" is open every day except Tuesday and Sunday evening.
